Meet Mike Kitko
Mike helps deep, thoughtful, growth-oriented people create a deeper and more meaningful experience of life.
His clients are often successful by conventional standards. They've built careers, businesses, families, and lives they are proud of. Yet many find themselves asking deeper questions. Why doesn't success feel as fulfilling as I thought it would? Why do I still carry so much pressure? Why does life sometimes feel harder than it should? Why do I feel called to something more?
For nearly a decade, Mike has helped people explore these questions while creating lives that feel more aligned, more meaningful, and more fulfilling. His work combines deep self-understanding, emotional resilience, leadership development, and personal transformation to help people experience less internal conflict, more alignment, and greater freedom in how they live, lead, and create.
Mike's Story
A Marine Corps veteran and former Fortune 500 executive, Mike spent more than two decades building a successful career in corporate America. He led large teams, held executive-level positions, and achieved many of the things society tells us should create happiness, fulfillment, and success.
Then everything changed.
In 2016, after being terminated from his second executive-level position in less than two years, Mike found himself unemployed and facing a level of uncertainty he had never experienced before.
He found himself nearly 300 pounds, drinking heavily, emotionally exhausted, and questioning the direction of his life. The more he reflected, the more he realized that much of what he had built had been driven by achievement, responsibility, and external expectations rather than a deep connection to himself, what he wanted in life, and what truly mattered.
What initially felt like a professional setback became the catalyst for a complete transformation of his life.
For the first time, Mike had the space to step back and ask deeper questions about who he was, what he truly wanted, and the life he wanted to create moving forward.
What followed was not a quick fix. It became a lifelong exploration into human behavior, leadership, psychology, spirituality, emotional resilience, and the deeper forces that shape the human experience.
Over the years, Mike discovered that the answers he was searching for weren't found in achieving more. They were found in understanding himself more deeply.
That realization changed everything.
His marriage deepened. His health improved. His relationship with his daughters strengthened. His experience of life became more meaningful. And eventually, that personal transformation became the foundation for the work he now shares with others.
The Role Mike Plays in Your Life
Mike is not a consultant who tells you what to do. He is not a guru with all the answers. And he is not interested in turning you into a copy of someone else.
Instead, Mike serves as a guide, mentor, thought partner, and catalyst for deeper understanding.
He helps you see yourself and life more clearly.
He helps you identify patterns that may be limiting your growth, fulfillment, and ability to create what you want in life.
He asks questions that challenge assumptions, uncover blind spots, and reveal possibilities you may not have considered.
Most importantly, he helps you reconnect with your own wisdom, your own truth, and your own path, and stop living according to the “shoulds” and the common conditioning of society.
His goal is not to create dependence.
His goal is to help you trust yourself more deeply.
What Working With Mike Feels Like
Clients often describe working with Mike as a combination of coaching, mentorship, spiritual teaching, and deep, meaningful conversation.
Some conversations focus on leadership, business, relationships, and decision-making. Others explore purpose, fulfillment, emotional resilience, self-trust, and the deeper questions of life.
What makes the experience unique is Mike's ability to connect seemingly unrelated parts of life into a larger picture. He listens differently. He notices patterns others miss. He helps people understand not only what is happening in their lives, but why it is happening.
As clarity increases, pressure begins to decrease.
As alignment increases, life begins to feel more natural.
People often find themselves making better decisions, creating healthier relationships, leading more effectively, and experiencing greater peace, fulfillment, and freedom.
Not because they became someone different.
Because they became more fully themselves.
