The Power of the Mastermind

A few times per week I'm asked about what a mastermind is, how a mastermind works, or even if I could send more details about my mastermind. I've never had the details all in one place, so in this blog I'm taking the opportunity to outline the workings of a powerful mastermind. What Is A Mastermind?

In his 1937 ground-breaking book Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill first coined the phrase mastermind. He described a mastermind as 2 or more people coming together to solve their problems, get and receive counsel and advice, and share and leverage experience among the group. 

Napoleon Hill described the power of the mastermind as a collective mind which is more powerful than the sum of its individual members, and therefore the results the members achieve together are greater because of the power of the collective. 

Jim Rohn, a well known entrepreneur, author and speaker said "You are the average of the top 5 people you spend the most time with". Rohn was right. Who you share time with matters in the results you can create and the quality of your life and business. You will naturally rise or fall to the level of wealth, success and happiness of those people you share time with.

Today, there are tens-of-thousands of masterminds all over the world, and the power of a well run mastermind has become unquestionable. 

What Is The Happy Millionaire Mastermind Community?

The Happy Millionaire Mastermind Community is a community of mastermind groups which gather weekly to learn, share wins and challenges, give and receive support and resources, and share life and business. 

We understand that as we grow as business owners, our businesses grow themselves naturally. The more we grow as individuals the easier it is to grow a profitable and impactful business. We work from the inside-out.

The community is comprised of wealthy and successful business owners who desire even more wealth, success, and happiness in life, as well as newer business owners who desire the same. Our members are generous with their time, wisdom and love, while being supportive and encouraging to their mastermind peers. 

We each create a vision for our lives and business, dive deep to understand our most significant internal obstacles and challenges, work to resolve our internal conflicts, and create an action plan to achieve our vision. 

Together we win more, and together we create more wealth, success and happiness in all dimensions of life. We believe that 1+1=3, and we know that we are more powerful together. 

Who Is The Happy Millionaire Mastermind For?

The Happy Millionaire Mastermind Community is for business owners who are hungry, humble and smart, who desire more wealth, success and happiness, and who want to share the journey of life and business with others who are seeking the same. 

Our close-knit community is for generous, accepting, supportive and encouraging business owners who are just as interested in helping others win as they are in winning themselves. 

Our members seek to understand what the other members want to create, then without judgement help them create it. We want for the other what they want for themselves.

We strive to show up raw, vulnerable and authentic. We go deep inside of our mental and emotional challenges, obstacles and traumas to clear internal resistance. We discuss worry, doubt and fear in order to resolve internal conflicts which keep us stuck. This requires creating a safe and accepting community which is judgement-free.

Our members desire to create positive impact in the world and leave it better than we found it. This requires attaining internal courage, confidence, and clarity which creates external impact.

The right members join to be part of a powerful community, and they join expecting to grow with and within the community over a sustained period of time.

Who Is The Happy Millionaire Mastermind NOT For?

The Happy Millionaire Mastermind Community is not for business owners who are self-obsessed, takers without giving, or interested in winning at the expense of others. The community is not for people who will sacrifice joy and happiness to create material success. 

Our community is not receptive to anyone who believes there's only one way to live or succeed and looks to convince others to see the world their way.

Our community is not for business owners who are only focused on achieving financial gains and business success. We do not use each other to directly grow our business by selling within the community or by seeking referrals from our peers.

We are not a program for individuals who are looking for quick results, or to "try it for a few months." We are looking to grow together over time. 

When Does The Mastermind Meet?

The Happy Millionaire Mastermind Community meets virtually each week on Wednesdays. There are currently two mastermind groups, one which meets 8am CST and the other which meets 11am CST. Both calls are recorded and the recordings are shared with both groups. 

Every 4 months we meet for an in-person weekend retreat. Two retreats a year are held in the St. Louis metropolitan area and one retreat is held in a desirable destination in the U.S. (when pandemic conditions allow).

What Is The Investment For The Mastermind Community?

The Happy Millionaire Mastermind Community investment is $2,000 for the first month and $747 each successive month. This investment includes all meetings, retreat office spaces, food during retreat sessions, and Mike's vault of books, guides, workbooks, and courses to support your journey.

Your spouse or committed significant other is included at no additional cost.
